Native of Marseille, Laurent Gagliano made his classes in « Petit Nice Passedat », sole « Relais & Châteaux » in Marseille.Wishing to complete his culinary education, he leaves to Megève, where he will reach the position of second chef in the « Parc des Loges ».The adventure follows in Saint Tropez, where he takes during three years the management contract of « Maison de Marie », typical restaurant located in the heart of the mythical village.He wishes to share today his experience and culinary passion, offering us flavours combining simplicity, quality and refinement.
Via the A8 highway from Italy or Aix en Provence :Take the exit Cannet des Maures / Le Luc in the direction of La Garde Freinet/Saint Tropez. At « La Foux » roundabout follow RD 559 in the direction of La Croix Valmer.Take the exit Le Muy direction Sainte Maxime through the D 25 road which turns into the N 98 up to “La Foux” roundabout. Follow RD 559 in the direction of La Croix Valmer.Via the A50 highway from Spain or Marseilles:Once you have come out of Hyères les Palmiers take the N98 up to Bormes les Mimosas. Then you follow the coast all the way to La Croix Valmer.
