Our creative Head Chef, Pierrick Berthier, will surprise you with his gastronomic recipes, not only inspired by the colours of Provence and the countryside, but also by his own original concoctions.
Facing Mount Aurélien, the gourmet restaurant has a delightful ambiance and tasteful decor. It opens onto a shaded terrace in the garden where you can lunch around the swimming pool.
There are two other terraces, shaded by century-old trees where breakfast and dinner can be served, giving added pleasure to your meal in a delightful setting.
Regional, coastal , mountain and seasonal specialties, can all be found on the menu.
Lounges

The Music Room is one of the most beautiful rooms in the house which has preserved it’s original wallpaper, on which magnificent XIXth Century landscapes are illustrated. Partially restored, they are the works of Jean Zuber, an artist famous for his panoramic wallpaper manufactured in Alsace since 1797.

We know that you will find Domaine de Châteauneuf the ideal place to relax, swim and rest under the shade of it's century old Cypress and Chestnut trees. As well as swimming, various other activities are available, which include, tennis, ping-pong, volley ball, a giant chess board, and not forgetting the traditional Pétanque.
Golfers can enjoy the superb Sainte Baume Golf Course surrounding the Domaine.
