From April to October, guests can dine in the garden and enjoy a traditional, Mediterranean cuisine flavored with olive oil in the shade of the palm trees. Head chef Frédéric Dagrada likes to astonish your eyes and titillate your taste buds. Enjoy the crunchy prawn salad, the scallops in balsamic vinegar, the hearty fish soup, the "1900" fillet of beef, and, to top it all off, the delicious chocolate fudge cake.
