Executive Patrick Raingeard and his brigade have succeeded in positioning our restaurant "Mandarine" among the most sought after gastronomic destinations in Monaco.
Using their professional talents, they are on a constant quest to offer the Gourmets an ever light, fresh, seasonal and creative tasting experience.
Gastronomy

Named after its exceptionally inviting open views on the Mediterranean, the restaurant Mandarine is a very elegant space composed of a main dining area (85 seated guest capacity) an avant garde bar and a beautiful terrace (100 seated guest capacity). The set up of both the main area and the terrace are perfect for private functions.

With two state of the art wine cellars - one for red wine and one for white, rosé and champagne - carved into the cliff against which the Port Palace is built, we possess a storage capacity exceeding 20,000 bottles.

Open every day from 7am to 10.30am

Lunch & Diner :
Lunch : Every Day from 12pm to 2 pm
Snack : Every Day from 2pm to 7.30pm
Diner: Every Day from 7.30pm to 10.30pm

Closing periods:
From November 1st 2009 to December 15th 2009.
During this period, our room service and the breakfast service will remain operational.
