The Grand Salon is a spectacular sun-drenched room with high ceilings accented by wall paintings in warm tones of sienna reds and browns with Greek motif friezes. Bas relief on the walls and checkered marble floor patterns add to this "clin d'oil" to the Villa Kerylos across the Baie des Fourmis, which served as an inspiration to the new décor.

The hotel's landscaping has also undergone a change as part of the overall renovations.
