Managed by its great Chef, Philippe Dorange, starred and hailed in the high spheres of Gastronomy. The Domaine Restaurant will welcome you in a refined seaside environment, with discreet and attentive service will allow you to share renowned gastronomy and discover multi-flavoured French cuisine.

Cradled by the soft trade winds, you will be able to enjoy the American buffet available for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Philippe Dorange : A great Chef, simple and passionate.

This year, the Domaine restaurant has the privilege of welcoming its new Executive Chef Philippe Dorange, who will enable you to taste his new recipes and the original flavours linked to his knowledge and experience of luxury gastronomy.

Philippe Dorange has made his passion his profession. His regularity, progression and a daily desire for excellence translate this passion;

His cuisine is the reflection of his Nice birthplace origin. Very scented, rich in mixed flavours (his famous tuna carpaccio with fried garlic petals) is full of freshness.

An achieved dream :
His professional path is very quick and quite complete : He started with Roger Verger at the “Moulin de Mougins”. He then carries out his military service at the Elysée Palace where he organises the private banquets of the French Republic President (François Mitterand).
He continues his ascension as Grand Chef under the leadership of Jacques Maximin in the “Le Chantecler” restaurant of the Negresco Hotel (2 stars in the Michelin guidebook).
He pursued his professional career at the famous “Ledoyen” gastronomic restaurant located on the Champs Elysées, where he was Executive Chef for four years. He received his first public recognition at 26 years of age, by being elected the youngest Chef of France and obtained the First Parisian Golden Key from the Gault
