Isola 2000 |
At the heart of the southern Alps in the Massif du Mercantour and approximately 90 km from Nice, the resort Isola 2000 offers the chance to breathe pure mountain air in the beautiful surroundings of the Mercantour and Argentera parks. These two parks are blessed with an exceptional variety of flora and fauna with around 2000 different species of plant of which some 200 are classified as rare. During the summer at Isola 2000 an 18 hole golf course (5035 m by 69 m) is available with an unique location at an altitude of approx 200 m, providing a quite unforgettable experience. |
Isola 2000 also offers a multitude of facilities and activities with nine tennis courts, a heated open air swimming pool, an archery range, horse riding, mountain biking and access to the Aqua park situated in the village, as well as the chance to discover the Mercantour National Park.
