Nestled in the heart of the Alps, the village of Praz sur Arly is particularly well preserved, representing a fine example of a traditional village in this charming region, and enjoys an excellent climate and snow cover due to the proximity of Mont Blanc.

| The pistes : Praz sur Arly is linked to the Crêt du Midi by the Flumet and the Notre Dame de Bellecombe pistes (Domaine Val d’Arly 1036-2030 m ; 150 km of downhill pistes). The cross-country pistes are linked with Megève (free access). The latest development to the ski-area of Praz sur Arly is the Ban Rouge chairlift, which has added an extra dimension to the ski area. The opening up of this new territory provides the door to a huge off-piste area with extrodinary views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding valleys. |

Numerous activities await those who appreciate the mountains : snowshoe walking, hiking, paragliding, a chance to try out hot air ballooning or a ride in a horse-driven sleigh. Every year in January, Praz sur Arly is the capital of the “International Hot Air Ballooning Festival” welcoming more than thirty hot air balloonists for a spectacular air show beyond the peaks of Mont Blanc |
| Just 3 km away, Megève, a highlight of the region, offers all activities: sports complex, shopping, casino, cinemas, open-air ice-rink, swimming pool, fitness centre, bowling, restaurants, nightclubs, jazz club…Not to be missed by those who enjoy fine cuisine, the local Flumet speciality ‘salaisons’ (salty meats), a fine accompaniment to fondues, raclette (cheese dish) or tartiflette. |

The 37 lodges can welcome from 2 to 9 people and are comfortably equipped with living room with sofa-bed, tv (with supplement), kitchenette including dish-washer, ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, bathroom or shower, separate WC, and their own balcony. |
